About The House

Our property sits close to a picturesque vineyard on the edge of the delightful village of La Croix Valmer. St Tropez with all its glamour is just 7 miles across the hills.

La Croix-Valmer is set just behind the wonderful sandy Bay of Cavalaire and has easy access from Nice, Marseilles and Toulon airports.

The house, which is detached, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living and dining area. Further there’s a pebbled garden where you can eat al fresco under the mimosa trees.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with an L-shaped kitchen leading off. There is a dining table for six, other chairs, a double sofa bed and a TV and music centre. There is also a shower room with a basin and WC.

The first floor comprises the three bedrooms: one double bedroom - with a view across the vineyard to the sea and the Isle of Levant; one twin bedroom and one twin adult sized bunk bedroom. Next to the bedrooms are a bathroom and separate WC.

Double french windows to the rear lead to a verandah and pebbled garden with flowering trees and bushes. There are a garden table with chairs, sunloungers and a barbecue.

The house has private parking with two parking places near to the house.

The nearest beach is Plage De Gigaro, about 3 km away. The bustling harbours of St Tropez, St Maxime & Port Grimaud are an easy drive (10-20 minutes).

Sailing, wind-surfing, water skiing and, of course, sunbathing and dining in style are all in abundance!
